              Hourly Consultations

              Special consulting packages available.  This is good for homebuyers looking at a winterized property where a full property inspection is very limited or for real estate investors looking at a number of properties in one day.  This is also good if you just need a Component Inspection such as a Roof Inspection only, an Electrical Inspection, a Structural Inspection, etc.  The Hourly Consult also applies when a client needs the inspector to return for a Re-Inspection.

              Wood-Destroying Insect Inspections

              This inspection, more commonly known as a "Termite Inspection" checks for multiple wood-destroying insects in addition to termites including carpenter bees, powder-post beetles, carpenter ants, and more.

              Radon Testing
               
              Radon is a cancer-causing radioactive gas that cannot be seen or smelled.  Radon comes from the natural breakdown of uranium in soil, rock, and water and enters the home through foundation cracks, crawl spaces, and other openings in the home.  The Surgeon General has warned that radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer.  The EPA recommends every household be checked at least once every 3 years or after a major renovation.  If there are high levels of radon in the home, there are relatively inexpensive ($1,000 range) ways to correct the issue.

              Having a Radon Test done is the only way to determine the home's radon level.  This is a 48 hour test to determine if the property contains Radon gas.  

              Radon test with home inspection $100 (add $25 outside Berks co.)

              FHA 203(K) Consulting/Inspections

              For Buyers of "as is" homes or properties in need of repairs and don't qualify for regular FHA financing, this could be the program you've been looking for!   The 203(K) program finances the home and the cost of repairs to make home buying easier and more affordable for you!

              Water Testing
