David is ASHI-Certified, has a Master's Degree in Engineering from UPENN, and has been doing Home Inspections for over 10 years.

About The Staff

If you've called us at (610) 220-1907 to Book a Home Inspection, chances are that you spoke to Tina Artigliere in the office.  

Tina is the Marketing & Accounting Manager.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from University of Maryland, College Park.  Prior to ARTI Home Inspections, LLC, she worked for Johnson & Johnson and The Vanguard Group.  

Tina is certified by PA DEP as a Radon Tester.  She has also been a real estate investor since 1997. In 2006, she got into real estate development, mortgages, and self-directed retirement products.   


About The Company
ARTI Home Inspections LLC has been in business for over 10 years protecting home buyers and investors around Reading, PA & Surrounding.  

We perform complete structural and mechanical inspections including plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical, roofing, foundations, interior/exterior, etc.

We are HUD-Approved to do FHA 203k Inspections.

We also offer hourly consulting and environmental testing.

Inspections are conducted by the owner, David Artigliere, in the following counties: Berks, Montgomery, Chester, Philadelphia, Bucks, Delaware, Lehigh, & Lancaster
